DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT LET THESE FOOLS AND YES I SAID FOOLS WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. I found them on Google because I needed a mobile mechanic they called my service warranty and provided false documents of completed job and invoice WHEN THEY HAD NEVER EVEN SHOWN UP AT ME HOUSE TO DO THE WORK OR MEET ME AS PROMISED TO DIAGNOSE!! They got paid over $1000 for an alternator the guy showed up at 10pm at night to do the work for the FIRST TIME WORK THAT THEY HAD ALREADY GOTTEN PAID FOR BY THE WAY. Not even a year later guess what BAD ALTERNATOR. I don’t know if they put in a used part or what but they charged the service plan over $300 for just the part. They are a FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!!!!!!

Scam! Do not hire this “mobile monkeys garage”. They get you to pay upfront and then they never do the work. I’m out $1965 . They came out to do a diagnostic ($280 fee) and said if I hire them they would waive the fee. They said the work would cost ($1965) then they left and never showed up again, to do the work . They promised they’d be out three times and never called to reschedule or show up. No show, no call….3 times. After the third time I asked them to cancel and to give me my money back — minus the diagnostic. They said “all sales are final” but they didn’t do any work and never bothered to try to reschedule with me. My lawyer sent a certified demand letter to the business address registered through the Secretary of State. Keep in mind the business address listed for them is in California but they are registered here in Texas . This letter was returned. The address listed on “mobile monkeys garage“ website belongs to a brake shop —that denies association with these “monkeys”. The brake shop claims they only rent a parking space in front of their shop. This isn’t a legitimate business. Don’t loose your money . They will take your payment and ignore your calls and then say all

Removed 4 wheel covers on 4 tires. Then because they couldn’t get to the valve with any of my stuff, they took the tires off to air them up. Aired up 5 tires on a camper/truck with dual tires with my air compressor equipment. Replaced 2 batteries (left to purchase and returned) ——————————— $1,839.76 I’ve used this service twice before. Nick is awesome, I forget the other guys name who I first met and the two gentlemen that came today were very competent and helpful, I would ask for them again if I needed more serious work. But, I’ll be honest. I have mixed feelings now. I’ve stood up for this company against bad reviews on other platforms a few times and I’m just staring at this bill I paid and freaking out. You're going to get good help if you can be patient with the communication system they rely on (texting from various numbers not always communicating what needs to be done with the person who shows up so you have to send all that again). But it works. I guess the mobile service is just too expensive for me now. And since I have to pay the credit card fees too, that just stacks up on top. Do not give them your car. It will not be at a shop. Your car will end up at someone's house and you will be told that contacting the number on this business belongs to someone in his family! They will keep your car for months at a time and keep lying telling you that they are waiting on parts. Only to find out your car is somewhere parked at a home not even being worked on. They will ask for money up front to keep your car long as they want. Do not trust this business. I just reported them to BBB today. And sent in every picture of the workers in. They will say they will fix your car on the side of the road and lie and say they need to take it to the shop. The number to this business is not the same place your car will be. Please take videos and pictures and keep all text messages when dealing with these people... update: he just replied saying they have never worked on a car in my name.. no but i was helping someone pay you all for a car that you all still have right now. And it is not at the shop. Its at a house brown and white house next to a truck. And you all have been having her car for almost a month and it doesnt even look like it was ever touched. I have a decommissioned police interceptor, and I guess in the process they cut the wires for my brake and turn signal lights. Nick came in and in 10 mins he got my lights back up and running. Truly a blessing and chill dude
